Dont't use T-Mobile

T-Mobile is a corrupt company. T-Mobile is a predator victimizing innocent consumers. I have been trying to cancel my phone service. T-Mobile will not cancel my service. I have been getting a monthly charge of $57.10 for the past 2 years on my checking account. I called the T-Mobile Customer Service line. They said that I must go into the T-Mobile store to cancel. I went to the T-Mobile store. The T-Mobile salesperson said I must call T-Mobile customer service to cancel my service. I spent a hour talking with T-Mobile Customer Service. The T-Mobile representative assured me that all was O.K.; my phone service was cancelled, and I would no longer be getting charged $57.10 for service that I have been trying to cancel. Four days later I got charged $57.10 in my checking account. I am going to tell everyone I know about this. I am going to post this comment on every chat room, and rating service and forum I can find. I am retired, so I have all the time in thew world to do this. It takes a lot to get my anger up. T-Mobile, you have earned it. My life is now dedicated to doing all I can to ruin the reputation of T-Mobile.
