media player for MXF format video

Hello everyone. I have been shooting videos with my camera for a long time and used to process them on a desktop computer. Now I have a Mac and the videos just don't want to play. I understand the reason is in the player that plays the files. I need to find a player that can play the professional level container format, i.e. MXF, for the video and audio data I have. Perhaps you know what will work for me?
