Unlocked S10e and wifi calling not working

This is bugging me....I bought a refurbished unlocked S10e but when I activated in on existing account there is no wifi calling option available.

I cannot get a straight answer from useless Samsung support so the question is, does Samsung make versions of S10 that do not have WiFi calling capability at all?

How would I find out?
