Nervous nelly

My rescue dog Nelly is such a sweetheart but she gets really anxious and fearful in new situations and around strangers. I've tried desensitizing her on my own but haven't seen much improvement. I think professional training could really help build up her confidence. If anyone knows a great positive reinforcement trainer who specializes in working with nervous dogs, I'd love a recommendation! I want to help Nelly be the happy pup I know she can be.
